पीएम श्री केन्द्रीय विद्यालय आईआईटी खड़गपुर ने भारत स्काउट्स एवं गाइड्स बेसिक कोर्स फॉर गाइड कैप्टन के उद्घाटन समारोह का आयोजन बड़े उत्साह एवं औपचारिक भव्यता के साथ किया।
कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत कलर पार्टी द्वारा अनुशासित स्वागत के साथ हुई, जिसके बाद शुभ दीप प्रज्ज्वलन किया गया। एक सार्थक इशारे में, मेहमानों का स्वागत स्कार्फ और ग्रीन पॉट से किया गया, जो परंपरा और पर्यावरण चेतना दोनों का प्रतीक है।
छात्रों द्वारा प्रस्तुत एक मधुर स्वागत गीत ने कार्यक्रम को खुशनुमा बना दिया। इसके बाद प्रिंसिपल डॉ. रिकिशा भौमिक ने एक भावपूर्ण स्वागत भाषण दिया, जिसमें उन्होंने भावी गाइड कैप्टन के बीच नेतृत्व और अनुशासन को बढ़ावा देने में पाठ्यक्रम के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला।
एक मनमोहक देवी स्तुति नृत्य ने सुबह के कार्यक्रम को आध्यात्मिक और सांस्कृतिक स्पर्श दिया। पाठ्यक्रम का संक्षिप्त अवलोकन श्रीमती सीमा पाल, एचडब्ल्यूबी गाइड द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया, जिन्होंने प्रशिक्षण उद्देश्यों और कार्यक्रम के बारे में विस्तार से बताया।
इस कार्यक्रम में श्रीमती गरिमा दत्ता, सुश्री मोनिशा भट्टाचार्य, सुश्री भारती देवी और श्रीमती पिंकी सिंह सहित सभी सहायक स्टाफ सदस्यों का औपचारिक स्वागत भी किया गया – सभी को कार्यक्रम में उनके समर्पण और योगदान के लिए सम्मानित किया गया।
समारोह का समापन छात्रों और कर्मचारियों की ओर से आभार व्यक्त करने के साथ हुआ, जिसने एक आशाजनक प्रशिक्षण यात्रा की शुरुआत की।
Bharat Scouts and Guides Basic Course for Guide Captains Inaugurated at PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya IIT Kharagpur

PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya, IIT Kharagpur, hosted the inaugural ceremony of the Bharat Scouts and Guides Basic Course for Guide Captains with great zeal and ceremonial elegance.
The programme began with the auspicious lighting of the lamp. In a meaningful gesture, guests were welcomed with scarves and green pots, symbolizing both tradition and environmental consciousness.
A melodious welcome song presented by the students set a cheerful tone for the event. This was followed by a heartfelt welcome address by the Principal Dr. Rikisha Bhaumik, who highlighted the significance of the course in nurturing leadership and discipline among future guide captains.
A captivating Devi Stuti dance added a spiritual and cultural touch to the morning. A brief overview of the course was presented by Mrs. Seema Pal, HWB Guide, Kolkata Division, who detailed the training objectives and schedule.
The event also included a formal welcome for the chief guest, Mrs. pallavi Behara, VMC member and all assisting staff members, including Mrs. Garima Dutta,Ms. Monisha Bhattacharyya, Ms. Bharati Devi, and Mrs. Pinki Singh— the Advance Guide Captains acknowledged for their dedication and contribution to the programme.
The ceremony concluded with expressions of gratitude from the students and staff, marking the beginning of a promising training journey.
