चलती ट्रेन से फेंका कचरा, चली गई नौकरी

चलती ट्रेन से ट्रैक पर कूड़ा फेंकने वाले सफाई कर्मी का वीडियो जब सोशल मीडिया पर आया तो रेलवे ने मामले की पूरी जांच की। चलती ट्रेन से कूड़ा फेंकने वाले कर्मचारी की पहचान कंचन लाल के रूप में हुई। ऑन बोर्ड हाउसकीपिंग सर्विस प्रोवाइड करने वाली कंपनी के खिलाफ रेलवे ने कड़ा एक्शन लिया। कंपनी को सफाई कॉन्ट्रैक्ट के पारा 9 के उल्लंघन का दोषी पाया गया। इसके लिए प्रयागराज मंडल द्वारा ठेकेदार पर 25000 रुपए का जुर्माना लगाया गया। साथ ही ठेकेदार को कड़ी चेतावनी दी गई कि यदि भविष्य में इस प्रकार की गलती होती है तो और अधिक कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी। उधर कंपनी ने रेलवे को सफाई में कहा कि 28 फरवरी को गाड़ी संख्या 04115 सूबेदारगंज-लोकमान्य तिलक स्पेशल में कंचनलाल की ड्यूटी लगाई गई थी। उसे ट्रैक पर कचरा न फेंकने संबंधी हिदायत भी दी गई थी। लेकिन उसने काम पर लापरवाही बरती। इसके बाद सोशल मीडिया पर ए शिकायत के आधार पर उसे ड्यूटी से हटा लिया गया है।

रेलवे ने ऑनबोर्ड हाउसकीपिंग सुविधा उपलब्ध कराने वाली सभी कंपनियों को निर्देश दिया है कि सभी कर्मचारियों को इधर-उधर कूड़ा निस्तारण न करने और चलती ट्रेन से कचरा न फेंकने के संबंध में प्रशिक्षित करें, कचरा कलेक्ट करने के लिए उन्हें बड़ा बैग दें और सारे कचरे को इकट्ठा करके नामांकित स्टेशन अथवा गाड़ी के समापन वाले स्टेशन पर गार्बेज कलेक्शन पॉइंट में जमा करें।

Threw Garbage from a Moving Train, Lost the Job

When a video of a sanitation worker throwing garbage onto the tracks from a moving train surfaced on social media, the railway conducted a thorough investigation. The employee was identified as Kanchan Lal. The railway took strict action against the company providing onboard housekeeping services. The company was found guilty of violating Clause 9 of the cleanliness contract. As a result, the Prayagraj division imposed a fine of ₹25,000 on the contractor. Additionally, the contractor was issued a strict warning that any future violations would lead to even harsher penalties.

In its clarification to the railway, the company stated that Kanchan Lal was assigned duty on February 28 on train number 04115, Subedarganj-Lokmanya Tilak Special. He was instructed not to throw garbage on the tracks, but he acted negligently. Following complaints on social media, he was removed from duty.

The railway has directed all onboard housekeeping service providers to train their employees on proper waste disposal, ensuring that garbage is not thrown from moving trains. Employees must be provided with large waste collection bags, and all garbage should be gathered and disposed of at designated stations or at the train’s final destination at the garbage collection points.
