खड़गपुर विजन एकेडेमी स्कुल में लगा खाद्य उत्सव, बंगाली, पंजाबी व दक्षिण भारतीय खानपान से रुबरु हुए विद्यार्थी

खड़गपुर, खड़गपुर विजन एकेडेमी में लगे खाद्य उत्सव में स्कुली बच्चों ने उत्साह के साथ भाग लिया. इस अवसर पर बच्चों ने अपने अपने घरों से बनाकर खाद्य व्यंजन बनाकर लाए जिसे बंगाली , पंजाबी व दक्षिण भारतीय खानपान के स्टाल लगाए। बच्चे लोहिड़ी, पोंगल व बंगाल के मकर संक्रांति से रूबरु हुए।

इस अवसर पर स्कुल के कल्चरल इंचार्ज मौसमी सरकार ने बताया किबच्चों को एक दूसरे के खानपान व संस्कृति सेरुबरु कराना कार्यक्रम काउद्येश्य रहा है। इस अवसर पर पंजाबी व्यंजनों में सरसों के साग, मक्के की रोटी, पराठा. दक्षिण भारतीय में इडली ,दोसा, बड़ा, उत्तपम, उपमा, पेसरठ व अन्य व्यंजन थे इसके अलावा बंगली व्यंजन वाले स्टाल में पिठे पुली, सहित अन्य व्यंजन थे.

स्कुल के चेयरपर्सन नीलिमा बेगम ने कहा कि इस तरह के आयोजन से सांप्रदायिक सद्भाव बढ़ते हैं व लोगों में राष्ट्रीयता की भावना आती है सीबीएसई पैटर्न पर सन 2016 से शुरु इस स्कुल में लगभग 1600 छात्र छात्राएं हैं। स्कुल के छात्र विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय प्रदर्शन किया है। इस अवसर पर स्कुल के सचिव मो.अजीज, प्राचार्य सप्तर्षि चक्रवर्ती व अन्य उपस्थित थे।

Food celebrations in Kharagpur Vision Academy School, students tasted Bengali, Punjabi and South Indian food.

School children participated enthusiastically in the food festival at Kharagpur Vision Academy. On this occasion, the children made food dishes from their homes and brought them to Bengali, Punjabi and South Indian catering stalls. The children celebrated with Lohidi, Pongal and Makar Sankranti in Bengal.

On this occasion, the Cultural Incharge of the school’s the Sarkar, said that the children’s catering and culture to serve each other have been a program. On this occasion, sarso ka saag, maize bread, paratha in Punjabi cuisine. South Indians had Idli, Dosa, Bada, Uttapam, Upma, Pesrath and other dishes, besides other dishes including Pithe Puli in the stall containing the Bengali cuisine.

School Chairperson Neelima Begum said that such an event increases communal harmony and people have a sense of nationality, on CBSE pattern, starting since 2016, there are about 1600 students in this school. Students of the school have performed remarkable in various fields. On this occasion, the Secretary of the school, Mo .Aziz, Principal Saptarshi Chakraborty and others were present.
