REGULATION OF TRAINS

DUE TO DEVELOPMENTAL WORKS IN SOUTHERN RAILWAY

 

Kolkata, 4^th September, 2024

 

In view of developmental works in Southern Railway, the following trains will be regulated as under:

 

DIVERSION OF TRAINS:

• 13352 Alappuzha-Dhanbad Express, journey commencing on 06.09.2024, 08.09.2024, 09.09.2024, 11.09.2024, 13.09.2024, 15.09.2024, 16.09.2024, 18.09.2024, 23.09.2024 and 25.09.2024 will run on diverted route via Podanur-Irugur. The train will skip stoppage at Coimbatore but will have additional stoppage at Podanur.
• 22504 Dibrugar-Kanniyakumari Express, journey commencing on 03.09.2024, 05.09.2024, 06.09.2024, 08.09.2024, 10.09.2024, 12.09.2024, 13.09.2024, 15.09.2024, 19.09.2024, 20.09.2024 and 22.09.2024 will run on diverted route via Irugur-Podanur. The train will skip stoppage at Coimbatore but will have additional stoppage at Podanur.
• 22644 Patna-Ernakulam Express, journey commencing on 06.09.2024, 13.09.2024 and 20.09.2024 will run on diverted route via Irugur-Podanur. The train will skip stoppage at Coimbatore but will have additional stoppage at Podanur.
• 12660 Shalimar-Nagercoil Express, journey commencing on 04.09.2024 and 11.09.2024 will run on diverted route via Irugur-Podanur. The train will skip stoppage at Coimbatore but will have additional stoppage at Podanur.

• 12508 Silchar-Thiruvananthapuram Express, journey commencing on 05.09.2024 and 12.09.2024 will run on diverted route via Irugur-Podanur. The train will skip stoppage at Coimbatore but will have additional stoppage at Podanur.

SHORT TERMINATION OF TRAIN:

• 12516 Silchar-Coimbatore Express journey commencing on 03.09.2024 and 10.09.2024 will be short terminated at Coimbatore North.

 

 

 

RUNNING OF FESTIVAL SPECIAL TRAINS

BETWEEN PATNA AND PURI

 

Kolkata, 4th September, 2024

 

It has been decided to run Festival Special trains between Patna and Puri as per following schedule:

 

03230/03229 Patna-Puri-Patna Special:

 

03230 Patna-Puri Special will leave Patna on every Thursday from 03.10.2024 to 26.12.2024 at 08:45 hrs and will reach Puri at 02:55 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 03229 Puri-Patna Special will leave Puri on every Friday from 04.10.2024 to 27.12.2024 at 14:55 hrs and will arrive Patna at 09:35 hrs, the next day.

 

The Special trains will have stoppages at Adra, Bankura, Midnapore, Hijli and Baleshwar in SER jurisdiction.
