खड़गपुर कारखाना में 12 अक्टूबर को दशहरा की छुट्टी घोषित, दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ ने की थी मांग

 

दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ के मांग को स्वीकारते हुए, खड़गपुर कारखाना में 12 अक्टूबर को दशहरा की छुट्टी घोषित

मनीषा झा, खड़गपुरः- दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ की कारखाना इकाई की मांग को स्वीकार करते हुए मुख्य कार्य प्रबंधक, राम प्रसाद बैन ने 12 अक्टूबर को दशहरा के शुभ अवसर पर पूर्णकालिक छुट्टी की घोषणा की। इसके एवज में 5 अक्टूबर को खड़गपुर कारखाना में पूर्णकालिक कार्यदिवस की घोषणा की गई।

ज्ञात हो कि 11 सितम्बर को दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ की कारखाना इकाई द्वारा मुख्य कार्य प्रबंधक को इस संबंध में एक ज्ञापन सौंपा गया था और इसमें प्रस्ताव दिया गया था कि 5 अक्टूबर को पूर्णकालिक कार्यदिवस घोषित किया जाए एवं 12 अक्टूबर (शनिवार) को विजया दशमी/दशहरा के उपलक्ष्य पर पूर्ण छुट्टी की घोषणा की जाए। डीपीआरएमएस का यह अनुरोध कारखाना अधिनियम-1948 के नियमों के अनुरूप है। उनकी इस मांग को मानते हुए खड़गपुर के रेलवे प्रशासन ने 12 अक्टूबर (शनिवार) को विजया दशमी/दशहरा के उपलक्ष्य पर पूर्णकालिक छुट्टी की घोषणा की। इससे कारखाना के कर्मचारियों में हर्ष का माहौल है।

इसके लिए दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ के जोनल उपाध्यक्ष मनीष चंद्र झा, कारखाना सचिव पबित्र कुमार कुंडु, कारखाना संगठन मंत्री कौशिक सरकार, शाखा अध्यक्ष संतोष सिंह, शाखा सचिव शेखर कुमार, प्रकाश रंजन, उमाशंकर प्रसाद तथा अन्य पदाधिकारियों ने मुख्य कार्य प्रबंधक, राम प्रसाद बैन एवं कारखाना कार्मिक अधिकारी, जयदीप सेनगुप्ता को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।

Dussehra holiday declared on October 12 in Kharagpur work shop.

 

Manisha Jha, Kharagpur:- Accepting the demand of the DPRMS, Chief Work Manager, Ram Prasad Bain announced full-time holiday on 12th October on the auspicious occasion of Dussehra. In lieu of this, a full-time working day was announced in the Kharagpur factory on 5th October.

It may be noted that on September 11, a memorandum in this regard was submitted to the Chief Work Manager by the factory unit of the dakshin purba Railway Mazdoor Sangh and it was proposed that October 5 be declared a full-time working day and Vijaya dashmi on October 12 (Saturday). A complete holiday should be declared on the occasion of Dashami/Dussehra. This request of DPRMS is in accordance with the rules of the Factories Act-1948. Accepting their demand, the Railway Administration of Kharagpur declared a full-time holiday on October 12 (Saturday) on the occasion of Vijaya Dashami/Dussehra. Due to this, there is an atmosphere of joy among the employees.

For this, Zonal Vice President of dakshin Purba  Railway Labor Union Manish Chandra Jha, workshop Secretary Pabitra Kumar Kundu, workshop Organization Minister Kaushik Sarkar, Branch President Santosh Singh, Branch Secretary Shekhar Kumar, Prakash Ranjan, Umashankar Prasad and other officials met the Chief Work Manager, Ram. Expressed gratitude to Prasad Bain and workshop Personnel Officer, Jaideep Sengupta.
