PNK Parishat in Kharagpur successfully hosted its annual Essay and Drawing Competition yesterday, continuing a proud tradition that has spanned over three decades. This year’s event saw an overwhelming response, with 450 students from various schools across Kharagpur and Midnapore participating. The competition witnessed remarkable enthusiasm and passion from the young participants, reflecting the event’s growing popularity.
The inclusion of students from Midnapore for the first time highlights the event’s expanding reach and appeal. We are grateful to the distinguished councillors who graced the occasion—Mr. Bonta Murali, Mr. Vishnu Prasad, Ms. D Vasanti, Dr. Pretest Shivhare, and Dr. Nupur—for their support and encouragement to these young talents.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Surendra Kumar, General Secretary of PNK Parishat, expressed his gratitude to all committee members for their unwavering hard work and dedication in organizing this event. He also assured that PNK Parishat remains committed to fostering creativity and innovation among children, with more such programs to be introduced in the future.

खड़गपुर में पीएनके परिषद ने तीन दशकों से चली आ रही गौरवपूर्ण परंपरा को जारी रखते हुए कल अपनी वार्षिक निबंध और ड्राइंग प्रतियोगिता की सफलतापूर्वक मेजबानी की। इस वर्ष के आयोजन को जबरदस्त प्रतिक्रिया मिली, जिसमें खड़गपुर और मिदनापुर के विभिन्न स्कूलों के 450 छात्रों ने भाग लिया। प्रतियोगिता में युवा प्रतिभागियों में उल्लेखनीय उत्साह और जुनून देखा गया, जो इस आयोजन की बढ़ती लोकप्रियता को दर्शाता है।
पहली बार मिदनापुर से छात्रों का शामिल होना इस आयोजन की बढ़ती पहुंच और अपील को उजागर करता है। हम इस अवसर पर उपस्थित प्रतिष्ठित पार्षदों- श्रीमान के आभारी हैं। बोंटा मुरली, श्री विष्णु प्रसाद, सुश्री डी वसंती, डॉ. प्रीटेस्ट शिवहरे, और डॉ. नूपुर-इन युवा प्रतिभाओं को उनके समर्थन और प्रोत्साहन के लिए।
इस अवसर पर बोलते हुए, पीएनके परिषद के महासचिव श्री सुरेंद्र कुमार ने इस कार्यक्रम के आयोजन में उनकी अटूट मेहनत और समर्पण के लिए सभी समिति सदस्यों के प्रति आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने यह भी आश्वासन दिया कि पीएनके परिषद बच्चों के बीच रचनात्मकता और नवीनता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है, भविष्य में ऐसे और कार्यक्रम पेश किए जाएंगे।
