एसईआर की माल ढुलाई में लगातार वृद्धि

कोलकाता, 5 जुलाई 2024

दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे ने चालू वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 की पहली तिमाही (अप्रैल-जून) में 52.33 मिलियन टन मूल माल ढुलाई की है, जो पिछले वित्तीय वर्ष की इसी अवधि की तुलना में 3.75% अधिक है।

अप्रैल-जून, 2024 में मूल माल ढुलाई राजस्व में भी 2023 की समान अवधि की तुलना में 5.78% की वृद्धि हुई है। अप्रैल-जून, 2024 के दौरान, प्रारंभिक माल लदान से राजस्व सृजन  4764.52 करोड़ रुपये रहा है। . पिछले वर्ष की समान अवधि में यह 4505.14 करोड़ रुपये था।

 

एसईआर ने अप्रैल-जून, 2024 के दौरान 26.93 मिलियन टन लौह अयस्क लोड किया है, जो पिछले वित्त वर्ष के इसी महीने की तुलना में 6.61% अधिक है। एसईआर ने इस अवधि के दौरान 13.49 मिलियन टन कोयला भी लोड किया है, जो पिछले वित्त वर्ष के इसी महीने की तुलना में 5.23% अधिक है।  चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही के दौरान माल लदान की अन्य प्रमुख वस्तुएं पिग आयरन और तैयार स्टील, सीमेंट, खाद्यान्न, उर्वरक आदि थीं।

CONSISTENT GROWTH IN SER’s FREIGHT LOADING

South Eastern Railway has loaded 52.33 Million Tonnes of originating freight in the first quarter (April-June) of the current financial year 2024-25 which is 3.75% higher than the corresponding period of the previous financial year.

There has also been an increase of 5.78% in originating freight revenue in April-June, 2024 in comparison to the same period of 2023. During April-June, 2024, the revenue generation from originating freight loading has been Rs 4764.52 crore as against Rs. 4505.14 crore during the same period of the previous year.

SER has loaded 26.93 Million Tonnes of Iron ore during April-June, 2024, which is 6.61% more than the corresponding month of last fiscal. SER has also loaded 13.49 Million Tonnes of Coal during this period, which is 5.23% more than the corresponding months of last fiscal.  Other major commodities of freight loading were Pig Iron & Finished Steel, Cement, Food grains, Fertilizers etc during the first quarter of the current financial year.
