Kharagpur, Sista Karan Association which is a century old Association in Kharagpur has been doing yeoman service to its community people by organising various Art and Cultural programmes, Essay, drawing and cooking competitions besides doing Social Service.
This Association has performed free mass thread ceremonies of about 10 boys as per traditions and customs in Balaji Temple Complex, Malancha, Kharagpur in the auspicious day of rakhi purnima amidst friends and relatives.All the people who attended the occasion have blessed the participants.
