SERMC, Workshop Branches Observed Protest Day on 10th July’2020 opposing the Privatisation of Indian Railways, freezing of DA, selling of 109 Railway routes to Private Companies, 50% surrender of non safety Vacant posts, privatisation of Stores and work shops, abolishment of NPS etc.
Rakesh Kumar Singh, Coordinator/WS said we demanded reinstatement of old pension scheme for the benrfit of employees. Arnab Mukherjee, Dy.Coordinator/WS, Surendra Kumar, Secy, Br-IV, Eswar Rao Secy, Br-III, Sri. Sekhar, Secy, Br-I, Sri. Sujoy Kumar Bose, Secy, Br-V, Sri. Shiva Murty, Secy, Br-II, and other office bearers of all branches in front of workshop main gate, Kharagpur. Memorandum was handed over to CWM, WS S K Chowdhry, Kharagpur for forwarding to higher authorities.
