ट्रेन दुर्घटना को लेकर मॉक ड्रिल, खड़गपुर रेल मंडल के सांकराईल में हुई ड्रिल

किसी भी उभरती हुई स्थिति से निपटने के लिए खुद को पूरी तरह से तैयार करने के लिए, नादिया से रेलवे और राष्ट्रीय आपदा प्रतिक्रिया बल (NDRF) टीम द्वारा एक मॉक अभ्यास संयुक्त रूप से आयोजित किया गया था। संयुक्त अभ्यास के दौरान राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे। अग्निशमन सेवाओं, राज्य पुलिस, नागरिक रक्षा, सेंट जॉन्स एम्बुलेंस, स्काउट्स और गाइड के नागरिक अधिकारियों ने भी बचाव अभ्यास में भाग लिया।

खड़गपुर डिवीजन के संक्रेल गुड्स टर्मिनल यार्ड में एक दुर्घटना स्थल बनाया गया था, जहां व्युत्पन्न किया गया है।

रेलवे नियंत्रण कार्यालय को जानकारी दी गई थी कि ट्रेन नं के दो कोच। 00025 (KGP-HWH PASS SPL) लगभग 09.45 बजे Sankrail गुड्स टर्मिनल यार्ड में पटरी से उतर गया था, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप यात्रियों को बड़ी चोट लगी थी। हूटर को 09.55 बजे खड़गपुर और सांतरागाछी में सेट किया गया था।

दुर्घटना राहत चिकित्सा उपकरण (एआरएमई), दुर्घटना राहत ट्रेन (एआरटी), और क्रेन को संट्रागाची और खड़गपुर से आदेश दिया गया था और जल्द से जल्द राहत कार्य शुरू करने के लिए साइट की ओर तुरंत भाग गया।

श्री के.आर. चौधरी, डिवीजनल रेलवे मैनेजर खड़गपुर और अन्य अधिकारी भी तुरंत दुर्घटना स्थल पर पहुंच गए।

सबसे पहले NDRF और रेलवे की बचाव दल ने पटरी से उतरे कोच में प्रवेश किया और अपनी निकासी प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी। जहां भी संभव हो, यात्रियों को कोचों के अंदर प्राथमिक चिकित्सा दी गई। एआरटी और एनडीआरएफ टीमों ने यात्रियों को खाली करने के लिए रास्ता बनाने के लिए कटिंग के तरीकों को अपनाया।

मेडिकल टीम ने घायल यात्रियों की चोटों की स्थिति के साथ घायल यात्रियों की सूची बनाए रखी, और अस्पतालों का विवरण जहां उन्हें आगे के उपचार के लिए भेजा गया था, उनकी पहचान के लिए प्रत्येक घायल यात्री की जेब में नाम और रोगी की एक पर्ची प्रदान की गई थी, उनकी पहचान के लिए, अस्पताल भेजने के दौरान प्राथमिक चिकित्सा देने का समय।

आपदा प्रतिक्रिया टीम का नेतृत्व सीनियर डीएसओ/केजीपी श्री सुधीर कुमार ने किया था। वाणिज्यिक, एस एंड टी, ऑपरेटिंग, मैकेनिकल, मेडिकल, इंजीनियरिंग, आरपीएफ, सिविल डिफेंस, सेफ्टी और एनडीआरएफ की टीमों ने इस ड्राइव में भाग लिया। समूह ने ऐसी आपदा स्थितियों के दौरान जीवन और सामानों की सुरक्षा पर अपने कौशल का प्रदर्शन किया।

पूछताछ सह मैं आपको बूथ, प्राथमिक चिकित्सा बूथ, पूर्व-ग्रैटिया भुगतान बूथ स्थान पर बनाए गए थे। डिवीजन के सभी प्रमुख स्टेशनों पर हेल्पडेस्क भी तुरंत खोले गए।

पूरे अभ्यास के पूरा होने के बाद, DRM KHARAGPUR ने कार्रवाई को एक नकली अभ्यास के रूप में घोषित किया।

WALKATHON ORGANISED BY SER

AS A PART OF 100 DAY TB ELIMINATION CAMPAIGN

Kolkata, 8th February, 2025

As a part of the 100 day TB elimination campaign -a bold step taken to intensify elimination of Tuberculosis (TB), a disease that continues to affect millions across the nation, a one of a kind exercise to enhance awareness on TB was initiated at SER Headquarters, Garden Reach, Kolkata in the form of Walkathon on 08.02.2025.

Shri Anil Kumar Mishra, General Manager, SER has led the Walkathon along with Dr. Anjana Malhotra, Principal Chief Medical Director and all other PHODs, Departmental Officers & Staff of SER Headquarters to spread the mission statement of winning against Tuberculosis on.

Around 150 Officers and Staff clad with T-shirts bearing messages on eradication of TB, walked along with slogans, in the background of Jingles with placards and banners in their hands.

The Members of Bharat Scouts and Guides presented a NukkadNatak as a part of the awareness campaign. An insight into the various activities that have already been undertaken to spread awareness has been discussed by Dr. Anjana Malhotra, PCMD,SER followed by a small presentation on Tuberculosis and a skit presented by the staff of headquarters, Medical Department.

This programme is going to carry the torch to the ultimate destination and objective of TB Mukt Bharat through IEC (Intensifying Information Education and Communication) and treatment.

To make itself fully prepared to deal with any emergent situation, a mock Exercise was jointly conducted today by The Railways and The National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) team from Nadia. State government officials were also present during the joint exercise. Civil authorities from fire services, state police, civil defence, St. Johns ambulance, scouts and guides also took part in the rescue exercise.

An accident site was created at Sankrail Goods Terminal Yard of Kharagpur Division, where derailment has been done.

Information was relayed to Railway Control Office that two Coaches of train no. 00025 (KGP-HWH Pass Spl) had derailed at Sankrail Goods Terminal yard at around 09.45 am resulting in major injury to passengers. The hooter was set on at 09.55 am at Kharagpur and Santragachi.

Accident Relief Medical Equipment (ARME), Accident Relief Train (ART), and Crane were ordered from Santragachi and Kharagpur and rushed immediately towards the site to start relief work as soon as possible.

Shri K.R. Chaudhary, Divisional Railway Manager Kharagpur, and other officers also reached the accident site immediately.

At first the rescue teams of NDRF & Railways entered the derailed coach and started their evacuation process. First aid was given inside the coaches to passengers wherever possible. ART and NDRF teams adopted cutting methods to make way to evacuate passengers.

Medical team maintained list of injured passengers with their condition of injuries, and details of Hospitals where they were sent for further treatment, a slip of name and details of patient was provided in the pocket of each and every injured passenger for their identification, at the time of giving first aid or while sending to hospital.

The Disaster Response Team was headed by Sr. DSO/KGP Shri Sudhir Kumar. Teams from Commercial, S&T, Operating, Mechanical, Medical, Engineering, RPF, Civil Defence, Safety and NDRF participated in this drive. The group demonstrated their skills on protection of lives and belongings during such disaster situations.

Enquiry cum May I help you booth, First Aid booths, Ex-Gratia payment booths were made at the location. Helpdesks were also immediately opened at all major stations in the division.

After the completion of the whole Exercise, DRM Kharagpur declared the actions as a mock Exercise.
