Sri A K Dubey has taken over the charge of Additional General Manager, South Eastern Railway, Garden Reach, Kolkata on 17th June, 2023. Prior to taking over the charge of Additional General Manager of South Eastern Railway, Sri Dubey was the Principal Chief Engineer, Eastern Railway. Sri A K Dubey is an IRSE of 1986 Exam Batch.
Sri Dubey is a graduate in Civil Engineering from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (now IIT, BHU) and later did his M.Tech. in Structures from IIT, Delhi. He has worked in various posts and in different capacities in Dhanbad, Mughalsarai, Danapur Divisions and also in East Central Railway after its formation in 2002. He has wide experience of construction projects and completed about 170 Km of new line and doubling work as Chief Engineer, Construction in East Central Railway including commissioning of Mega Rail-cum-Road Bridges at Patna and Munger. Sri Dubey has also worked as Executive Director Civil Engineering (G), Railway Board before joining as Divisional Railway Manager,Bikaner.
Sri Dubey has keen interest in sports and social welfare activities.
The 9th International Yoga Day will be celebrated all around the globe on 21st June 2023. Kharagpur division of South Eastern Railway is going to organize the mega event of 9th International Yoga Day at Permit field ground of Balasore on 21.06.2023 from 5:00 hrs onwards.
Sri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Minister of Railway, Communication and Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India and Sri Pratap Chandra Sarangi, Hon’ble MP, Balasore shall be present during the Yoga day celebration at Permit field ground, Balasore. Hon’ble PM of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji will also be available through virtual mode on this occasion. Hon’ble Members of Legislative assembly of constituencies under balasore district are also invited to be present during the Yoga Day celebrations at balasore.
Around 6000 people including local residents and students will perform Yoga on the occasion of the International Yoga Day at the Permit Ground, Balasore on 21.06.2023 from 5:00 hrs onwards till 07.45 hrs.
Indian Railways invites all the local residents, Academic Institutions, Government and NGOs, Students and their family members to be a part of this mega occasion of Yoga Day Celebration at Balasore for a healthy and fit body and mind.
9वां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस 21 जून 2023 को, दुनिया भर में मनाया जाएगा। दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे का खड़गपुर मंडल 21.06.2023 को 5:00 बजे से बालासोर के परमिट फील्ड ग्राउंड में 9वें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के मेगा कार्यक्रम का आयोजन करने जा रहा है।
श्री अश्विनी वैष्णव, माननीय रेल मंत्री, संचार और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी, भारत सरकार और श्री प्रताप चंद्र सारंगी, माननीय सांसद, बालासोर परमिट फील्ड ग्राउंड, बालासोर में योग दिवस समारोह के दौरान उपस्थित रहेंगे। भारत के माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी भी इस अवसर पर वर्चुअल माध्यम से उपलब्ध रहेंगे। बालासोर ज़िले के अंर्तगत आने वाले विधानसभा क्षेत्र के सभी माननीय विधायकगण को भी, योगा दिवस के इस अवसर पर परमिट फिल्ड ग्राउंड पर उपस्थित रहने के लिए निमंत्रित किया गया है।
स्थानीय निवासियों और छात्रों सहित लगभग 6000 लोग 21.06.2023 को परमिट ग्राउंड, बालासोर में प्रातः 5 बजे से 7.45 बजे तक अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर योग करेंगे।
