kharagpur, Guthka smuggler arrested with 41 kg 100gm guthka & tobacco masala which was smuggled from odhisa & distributed in kgp & neighbouring areas. A joint raid was held by kgp local thana police with the team of Health Department. Susanta Chatterjee stocked Gutka and tobacco containing masala in a Godown located at Kanchdiha in kgp local block.. SI Manoj Mahata arrested the accused susanta and seized guthka from his godown.

It is known that state Govt has banned manufacturing, sale- purchase & use of guthka.
