कैरेज और वैगन विभाग में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों के लिए जूते की आपूर्ति करेगी रेलवे, गेटमेन की त्रुटिपूर्ण ड्यूटी रॉस्टर को ठीक करने की मांग

 

 

मनीषा झाः-  खड़गपुर  व चक्रधरपुर   मंडल के वरीय यांत्रिक इंजीनियरों ने कैरेज व वैगन में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों के लिए संरक्षा जूते आपूर्ति का निर्णय लिया।

 

ज्ञात हो कि 2017 से ही कैरेज और वैगन विभाग में कार्यरत कर्मचारियों को संरक्षा जूते मुहैया नहीं कराए जा रहे है l इस संबंध में जोनल संगठन मंत्री पी. के. पात्रो एवं चक्रधरपुर मंडल के मंडल संयोजक अजय कुमार झा दोनों ने क्रमशः खड़गुपर मंडल के वरीय यांत्रिक इंजीनियर और चक्रधरपुर मंडल के वरीय यांत्रिक इंजीनियर को विगत सप्ताह ज्ञापन सौंप इस विषय से अवगत कराया था और उचित कार्रवाई की मांग की ।

 

विदित रहे कि सातवें वेतन आयोग की सिफारिश के बाद ड्रेस भत्ता दिया जानें लगा और ऐसी भ्रम फैल गई कि संरक्षा जूते ड्रेस भत्ता में ही निहित है, अतः संरक्षा जूते अलग से देने की आवश्यकता नहीं है, जबकि संरक्षा जूते पीपीइ के अंतर्गत आते हैं।

 

दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ के संज्ञान में जैसे ही यह मामला आया, उन्होंने इसकी माँग दोनों मंडलों के वरीय यांत्रिक इंजीनियर के सामने पेश की l वरीय यांत्रिक इंजीनियर ने मामले की जाँच की और माँग को सही पाया l

 

इससे मंडल के लगभग 3000 रेल कर्मचारियों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा l

 

डीपीआरएमएस ने उपेक्षित रेल कर्मियों का मुद्दा उठाया

दक्षिण पूर्व रेलवे मजदूर संघ (डीपीआरएमएस) के चक्रधरपुर मंडल के संयोजक अजय कुमार झा ने चक्रधरपुर मंडल के वरिष्ठ कार्मिक अधिकारी को टाटा-बादाम पाहाड़ सेक्शन के संदर्भ में एक ज्ञापन सौंपा।

ज्ञात हो कि इस सेक्शन के इंजीनियरिंग विभाग द्वारा प्रबंधित, एल सी गेट में कार्यरत गेटमेन को त्रुटिपूर्ण ड्यूटी रॉस्टर के तहत काम करने के लिए मजबूर किया जा रहा है। इस कारण कर्मचारियों को कई समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, जिससे उन्हें सप्ताह में 24 घंटे अतिरिक्त काम करना पड़ रहा है।
यह स्थिति अत्यंत निराशाजनक और दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। कर्मचारियों ने इस मुद्दे को वर्षों से संबंधित अधिकारियों के सामने उठाया है, लेकिन स्थिति में कोई सुधार नहीं हुआ है। इसके परिणामस्वरूप, मेहनती कर्मचारी मानसिक और आर्थिक नुकसान झेल रहे हैं, और वे कर्मचारीगण अपने आपको ठगा हुआ एवं लाचार और अपमानित महसूस कर रहे है।
कर्मचारियों ने पिछले कुछ वर्षों में मान्यता प्राप्त यूनियनों को भी अपनी समस्याओं से अवगत कराया, लेकिन उन्हें निराशा हाथ लगी। चार दिन पहले, उन्होंने डीपीआरएमएस के मंडल संयोजक अजय कुमार झा को इस मुद्दे की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए इसकी जांच की और पाया कि उनकी शिकायतें सही हैं।
उन्होंने तत्क्षण एक ज्ञापन चक्रधरपुर मंडल के वरिष्ठ कार्मिक अधिकारी को सौंपा, जिसमें ड्यूटी रॉस्टर को सुधारने की मांग की गई है। इसके साथ ही, उन्होंने इस सेक्शन की लंबित टी वी यू (ट्रेन व्हीकल यूनिट) गणना की भी मांग की, क्योंकि इससे कई सुरक्षा संबंधित मुद्दे जुड़े होते हैं, इसलिए इसे समय पर किया जाना आवश्यक है।
चक्रधरपुर मंडल के वरिष्ठ कार्मिक अधिकारी ने तुरंत संबंधित पदाधिकारी को जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

It may be noted that since 2017, safety shoes are not being provided to the employees working in the Carriage and Wagon Department. In this regard, Zonal Organization Minister P.K. Both Patro and Chakradharpur division’s divisional convenor Ajay Kumar Jha had submitted memorandums to the senior mechanical engineer of Khadgupur division and the senior mechanical engineer of Chakradharpur division respectively last week, informing them about this issue and demanding appropriate action.

 

It should be noted that after the recommendation of the Seventh Pay Commission, dress allowance started being given and such confusion spread that safety shoes are included in the dress allowance itself, hence there is no need to give safety shoes separately, whereas safety shoes come under PPE.

 

As soon as this matter came to the notice of South Eastern Railway Labor Union, they presented its demand before the Senior Mechanical Engineer of both the divisions. The Senior Mechanical Engineer investigated the matter and found the demand to be correct.

 

About 3000 railway employees of the division will benefit from this.

 

 

DPRMS raised the issue of neglected railway workers

Ajay Kumar Jha, convenor of Chakradharpur division of South Eastern Railway Mazdoor Sangh (DPRMS), submitted a memorandum regarding the Tata-Badam Pahar section to the senior personnel officer of Chakradharpur division.
It may be noted that the gatemen working at LC Gate, managed by the Engineering Department of this section, are being forced to work under the flawed duty roster. Due to this, employees are facing many problems, due to which they have to work extra 24 hours a week.
This situation is extremely disappointing and unfortunate. Employees have raised this issue with the concerned authorities over the years, but there has been no improvement in the situation. As a result, hard-working employees are suffering mental and financial losses, and are left feeling cheated, helpless and humiliated.
The employees also conveyed their problems to the recognized unions in the last few years, but they were disappointed. Four days ago, he informed the issue to DPRMS divisional convenor Ajay Kumar Jha. He took the matter seriously and investigated it and found that his complaints were true.
He immediately submitted a memorandum to the senior personnel officer of Chakradharpur division, in which a demand has been made to improve the duty roster. Along with this, he also demanded the pending TVU (Train Vehicle Unit) calculation of this section, which is required to be done on time as it involves many safety related issues.
The senior personnel officer of Chakradharpur division immediately directed the concerned officer to investigate and take appropriate action.
