तालाब को अवैध तरीके से भरने के खिलाफ प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई, जेसीबी से तालाब को पुनर्जीवित करने की हुई शुरुआत, खड़गपुर ग्रामीण ब्लाक के रुपनारायणपुर इलाके की घटना

खड़गपुर, मुख्यमंत्री की ओर से जलाशयों को अवैध तरीके से भरकर ऊंची इमारतें बना देने के खिलाफ नाराजगी व्यक्त करने के बाद जिला प्रशासन की ओर से कार्रवाई शुरु की गई है।

 

पश्चिम मेदिनीपुर जिले के खड़गपुर ग्रामीण ब्लाक के रुपनारायणपुर के समीप एनएच 60, खान पार्किंग के खिलाफ बीते कई वर्षों से धीरे धीरे जलाशयों को आसपास के फैक्ट्री के कचड़े से भरा जा रहा था जलाशय को भरने के खिलाफ कार्ऱवाई की गई।

 

खड़गपुर ब्लाक -1 के बीडीओ सोमेन दास ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री व जिलाशासक के निर्देश के बाद उक्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है. बीएलआरओ-1 देबनाथ पात्रो ने कहा कि तीन चार माह पहले ही मालिकों को वेस्ट बंगाल एलआर एक्ट के तहत नोटिस दिया गया था। पर मालिकों ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की जिसके कारण सिविल व पुलिस प्रशासन की मदद से एसडीओ खड़गपुर ,योगेश अशोक राव  पाटिल के नेतृत्व में तालाब को पुनर्जीवित करने का काम शुरु किया गया।

 

उन्होने बताया कि 69 डेसीमल जमीन पर पुकुर व पुकुर पाड़ था जिसके मालिकों को अग्रिम नोटिस दी गई थी। उन्होने कहा कि तालाबों को अवैध तरीके से भरना गैरकानूनी है व भविष्य में भी इस तरह के मामले आए तो कार्रवाई होगी।

 

 

Kharagpur: After the Chief Minister expressed his displeasure against construction of high-rise buildings by filling waterbodies illegally, action has been initiated by the district administration.

 

 

Action was taken near khan parking on NH 60 near Rupnarayanpur in Kharagpur rural block of Paschim Medinipur district. For the past several years, the reservoir was slowly being filled with waste from nearby factories. Action was taken against filling the pond.

 

 

BDO of Kharagpur Block-1 Somen Das said that the above action is being taken following the instructions of the Chief Minister and the District Magistrate. BLRO-1 Debnath Patro said that notice was given to the owners under West Bengal LR Act three to four months ago. But the owners did not take any action due to which the work of reviving the pond was started under the leadership of SDO Kharagpur yogesh ashoke Rao Patil with the help of civil and police administration.

 

He told that there was Pukur and Pukur Paad on 69 decimal land, the owners of which were given advance notice. He said that filling the ponds is illegal and action will be taken if such cases arise in future also.
