Upcoming Recruitment to the 452 posts of Sub-Inspectors (Executive) and 4208 Constables (Executive) in Railway Protection Force(RPF) & Railway Protection Special Force(RPSF) has been published by Railway Recruitment Boards(RRBs) vide Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. RPF 01/2024 & RPF 02/2024 in the Employment Newspaper edition dated 2-8 March 2024. 5% of posts are reserved for women.

HOLI SPECIAL TRAINS TO RUN BETWEEN PURI AND PATNA
Kolkata, 18th March, 2024
Keeping in view the extra rush of the passengers during Holi Festival, it has been decided to run Holi Special trains between Puri-Patna-Puri as per the following schedule:
08477 Puri-Patna Holi Special will leave Puri at 16.45 hrs on 18.03.2024 & 25.03.2024 and will reach Patna at 10.00 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08478 Patna-Puri Holi Special will leave Patna at 13.15 hrs on 19.03.2024 & 26.03.2024 and will reach Puri at 08.30 hrs, the next day.
The Special train will have stoppages at Baleshwar, Hijli, Midnapore, Bishnupur, Bankura and Adra in SER jurisdiction.
