खड़गपुर, रबिंद्रपल्ली के अधेड़ का शव उसके घर से बरामद किया गया. जानकारी के अनुसार वार्ड 33 के 55 वर्षीय निवासी सुधाकर देब जब घर से नहीं निकले तो स्थानीय लोगों ने घर का दरवाजा तोड़ देखा तो उसे अपने कमरे में मृत पाया गया। बिस्तर पर पड़े सुधाकर के गले में उसकी गमछा कसा हुआ पाया गया। पांच भाईयों में चौथे नंबर के सुधाकर सदैव अपने गले में गमछा बांध रखता था। टीएमसी युवा नेता असित पाल का कहना है कि पहले वह आईआईटी में ठेके श्रमिक के तौर पर काम करता था पर बीते कई दिनों से काम छोड़ दिया था। परिजनों का कहना है कि सुधाकर ने शादी नहीं की थी व नशे का आदी होने के कारण काम भी नहीं करता था मानसिक अवसाद से गुजर रहा था कल वह इधर उधर भटक रहा था अनुमान है कि सुधाकर ने खुद ही गमछे से फंदा कस लिया था।पुलिस को सूचना देने पर खड़गपुर ग्रामीण थाना की पुलिस शव को बरामद कर अंत्यपरीक्षण के लिए भेज दिया।

खड़गपुर अनुमंडल के नारायणगढ़ थाना के बिनाई फूलगेड़िया गांव के निवासी रमेश सिंह नामक 60 वर्षीय वृद्ध ने बीते 6 अप्रैल को विष खा लिया था जिसके बाद उसे परिजनों ने चांदमारी में भर्ती कराया था जहां उसका इलाज चल रहा था। शुक्रवार की रात रमेश ने चांदमारी में दम तोड़ दिया। खड़गपुर शहर थाना की पुलिस ने रहस्यमयमौत का मामला दर्ज कर अंत्यपरीक्षण करा शव को परिजन को सौंप दिया। पता चला है कि रमेश का एक बेटा है व चार बेटियां है। बीते दिनों रमेश की पत्नी की भी मौत हो गई थी जिसके बाद वह अवसादग्रस्त रहता था।
पत्नी के मायके चले जाने से क्षुब्ध पति ने की आत्महत्या
पत्नी के मायके चले जाने से क्षुब्ध पति के फांसी लगा आत्महत्या करने का मामला प्रकाश में आया है।पता चला है कि बेलदा थाना के जारुआ गांव के बुलबुल मालाकार नाम 55 वर्षीय शख्स खेती व फर्नीचर का काम करता था बड़ा बेटा हैदराबाद में काम करता था जबकि पत्नी दूसरे बच्चे को लेकर मायके चली गई थी व वहीं रहती थी जिसके कारण वह अवसादग्रस्त रहता था। अपने कमरे में अकेले रह रहे बुलबुल ने कल रात फांसी लगा आत्महत्या कर ली बेलदा थाना की पुलिस शव को बरामद कर मामले की जांच कर रही है।
नशे के लिए पैसे ना मिले तो वृद्ध ने की आत्महत्या
खड़गपुर अनुमंडल के दांतन थाना के सारानगर के रहने वाले भूपेन हांसदा नामक 70 वर्षीय नशे का आदी था कल शराब के लिए पैसे ना मिलने पर क्षुब्ध होकर भूपेन ने फांसी ली।
