खड़गपुर। लाईफ एंश्योरेंस एजेंट्स फेडरेशन आफ इंडिया(लिआफी) के खड़गपुर शाखा की ओर से आज खड़गपुर कालेज आडिटोरियम में 8वां वार्षिक सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर समाजसेवी दीपक दास गुप्ता ने कहा कि एजेंटों के परिश्रम के कारण ही एलआईसी आज मजबूत स्थिति में है। उन्होंने कहा कि जिस तरह से पत्तों के बिना पेड़ों का कोई मुल्य नहीं उसी तरह बिना एजेंट के एलआईसी का कोई अस्तित्व नहीं। लिआफी के सचिव सत्यजित हालदार ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार बीमा उद्योग को बर्बाद करने पर तुली हुई है उसके खिलाफ एकजुट होने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा क हमें सरकार के अलावा एलआईसी के अधिकारियों व आईआरडीए के गैरजरुरी नियमों के खिलाफ भी त्रिमुखी लड़ाई लड़ना पड़ता है। स्थाई एजेंटों को दस हजार रु मासिक वेतन देने हाउस लोन को 25 लाख करने सहित अन्य मांगे रखी गई। इस अवसर पर बी के दास, संचालक अतनु पाल, अमित मुखर्जी व अन्य उपस्थित थे।
