डैम में डूबने से दो की मौत, खड़गपुर से मेदिनीपुर कंसावती गए थे तीन दोस्त

 

कंसावती  नदी पर बने वीरेन्द्र  सेतु के निकट , एनिकेट डैम में दो किशोर वय छात्र डूब गए . मिली जानकारी के अनुसार रविवार  सुबह ट्यूशन से लौट कर नौवीं  कक्षा का छात्र आर्यन अपनी माँ से एक और ट्यूशन जाने की बात कह कर , उनकी स्कूटी ले निकल गया .

 

रविवार अवकाश का दिन जानकर उसकी माँ भी विशेष पूछताछ नहीं की . घर से निकल कर वह अपने एक ममेरे भाई पीयूष व एक अन्य सहपाठी आर्य बेरा  को ले सुबह 10 बजे खड़कपुर के न्यू ट्रेफिक से मोहनपुर के वीरेन्द्र  सेतु से संलग्न , एनीकेट डैम जा पहुंचे और तैराकी न जानने के बावजूद  डैम में उतर गया और पलक झपकते डूब गया उसे डूबता देख उसका ममेरा भाई पीयूष आव देखा न ताव अपने डूबते हुए भाई को बचाने छलांग लगा दिया और व भी डूब गया यह सब देख तीसरा किशोर आर्य शोर मचाने लगा जिसे सुन आसपास के लोग आ गए और इसे डैम में कूदने से रोक दिया.

 

साथ ही दोनों डूब चुके छात्रों  को बरामद किए. इतने में सूचना  पाकर स्थानीय पुलिस घनास्थल पर पहुंच गई और दोनों शव को मेदिनीपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल ले गए और अंतःपरीक्षण करा कर शव परिजनों के सुपुर्द कर दी . जानकारी अनुसार आर्यन पासवान KV – 2 के नवीं श्रेणी का छात्र था व उसकी एक माँ रेल कर्मी हैं एवं पिता पहले ही चला  बसे हैं . उसका ममेरा भाई पीयूष भी उसका सहपाठी था व उसका मामा राजेश पासवान भी रल कर्मी हैं . जो घटना के समय ड्यूटी पर थे.

घटना जानकर आर्यन की माँ उषा देवी मूर्छित हो गई थी। ज्ञात हो कि छह माह पहले उसी जगह पर मेदिनीपुर के छात्र की मौत हो गई थी।

 

Two teenage students drowned in Aniket Dam, near Veerendra Setu on the Kansavati River. According to the information received, after returning from tuition on Sunday morning, ninth class student Aryan, after asking his mother to go for another tuition, left on her scooty.

 

 

Knowing that Sunday was a holiday, his mother also did not make any special inquiries. After leaving the house, he along with his cousin Piyush and another classmate Arya Bera reached Aniket Dam, connected to Virendra Bridge of Mohanpur, from the new traffic of Kharakpur at 10 in the morning and despite not knowing swimming, he got into the dam and in the blink of an eye Seeing him drowning, his cousin brother Piyush came and jumped to save his drowning brother and he also drowned. Seeing all this, the third teenager Arya started making noise, hearing which people nearby came and stopped him from jumping into the dam.

 

Also recovered  both the drowned students. Meanwhile, after receiving the information, the local police reached the spot and took both the bodies to Medinipur Medical College Hospital, got the post-mortem done and handed over the bodies to the family members. According to the information, Aryan Paswan was a ninth class student of KV-2 and his mother is a railway worker and his father has already migrated. His cousin brother Piyush was also his classmate and his maternal uncle Rajesh Paswan is also a railway worker. Who were on duty at the time of the incident.

Aryan’s mother Usha Devi had fainted after knowing the incident. It may be noted that a student from Medinipur had died at the same place six months ago.
