A video of some workers getting electrocuted during dismantling of portal boom at a railway station is being circulated on various social media platforms. The viral video is also falsely circulated with the caption that the unfortunate incident happened at Mecheda Yard of Kharagpur Division.
This is to clarify that no such incident of labours getting electric shock has occurred in Mecheda Yard of this division and the viral video is not of Mecheda Yard.

For convenience of passengers, it has been decided that the following trains will be provided new stoppages as per the schedule till further advice:
Stoppage of Trains at Suisa:
- 18615 Howrah-Hatia Kriya Yoga Express, journey commencing on 16.09.2023 will stop at Suisa station.
- 18616 Hatia-Howrah Kriya Yoga Express, journey commencing on 16.09.2023 will stop at Suisa station.
Stoppage of Trains at Chandrakona Road:
- 18011 Howrah-Adra-Chakradharpur Express, journey commencing on 18.09.2023 will stop at Chandrakona Road station.
- 18012 Chakradharpur-Adra-Howrah Express, journey commencing on 17.09.2023 will stop at Chandrakona Road station.
