ज्ञात हो कि संजय ने 2001 में मारुति सुजुकी इंडिया लि. की डीलरशिप ली व एमएसआईएल- भंडारी बांड बना। छोटे से शहर खड़गपुर में शुरु की गई यात्रा दो दशक बाद आज कुल 20 शहरों में अपनी सेवाएं दे रहा है। सन 2000 में खड़गपुर भंडारी आटोमोबाईल के अलावा 2006 में हावड़ा डीलरशिप ली. 2020 में गरियाहाट व 2014 में श्रीरामपुर डीलरशिप ली। संजय का कहना है ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि उनलोगों का मुख्य ध्येय है जिसके माध्यम से भंडारी आटोमोबाइल नित नए ऊंचाई में उड़ान भर रहा है।
