SERMC happy on resuming union activities

kharagpur, Hon’ble High Court’s judgement on 13.01.2021 that functioning of the trade union will resume against the district Judge Alipore’s dt.20.10.2020.
kharagpur, A press conference & get together was conducted at PREM Office of SERMC WS Kharagpur on recent decision regarding SERMC by honourable Highcourt. Rakesh Kumar Singh, Coordinator, WS, Kharagpur expressed happiness on Hon’ble High Court’s judgement on 13.01.2021 that functioning of the trade union will resume against the district Judge Alipore’s dt.20.10.2020. Rakesh said SERMC is the only recognised trade union of S.E.Railway and employees are very happy and congratulated for the resuming of trade union activities.
