Khargpur. A protest rally marched on friday by aituc, citu, intuc jointly from Bara Batti to Hara Karkhana, malancha road. Aituc leader Biplab bhattacharya said
We are protesting against central & state govt anti people policy across the country today. Protest held in nimpura, gopali, sabang also. Citu leader sabuj ghorai said we had 9 points demand like against privatisation of coal industry, railways, against di-investment of multiple state properties including banks, insurance, LIC, intuc leader Tapan bose said unorganized workers shoud get min 7500 monthly wages. icds, asha, workers should be given Financial package of 10,000 rupees per month, private company workers should get salary during lockdown. Basudeb Banerjee, anit baran Mondal, Kali Nayak, Amitabh Nandi, Amar chatterjee, debashish ghosh & others joined the rally.
